Kaitlin Mcwhorter
Miss ORA 2020 Contestant
Cobden, IL
Age: 21

Kaitlin is the 21 year old daughter of Kim and Garon Adams. She currently attends Southern Illinois University of Carbondale, where she competes in the Ozark Region of college rodeo. Her hobbies include competing in ORA rodeos, playing with her dog, Clara, and going to rodeos with Cole and Abbi. Kaitlin also enjoys giving riding lessons to youth/beginner riders and buying and selling horses.

Why do you want to be Miss ORA?

I feel so lucky to know and compete with the folks involved in the ORA. In 2011, I started hauling to Missouri every weekend to rodeo with many of the people who now make up the ORA. Not only did my parents and I feel welcomed, we called these people family. Becoming Miss ORA would give me the chance to finally give back to an association who has given so much to me. I cannot think of any association that I would want to represent more.
