2020 Miss Ozark Rodeo Association Pageant Executive Board
Pageant Director

Shannon Norris is the 25 year old originally of St. Robert, MO and now resides in Kansas City, MO. She has grown up on her family farm where they raise horses, cattle, and chickens. She is currently attending Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods where she is pursuing her degree in Veterinary Technology in hopes to become a Large Animal Veterinarian Technician. Shannon has been involved in the rodeo world since she was born. Her mom served as the Miss Rodeo Missouri National Director for 18 years and has traveled with her to several PRCA rodeos. Shannon has been involved with the Ozark Rodeo Association for the past 6 years where her mom serves as the Secretary and where she is serving her fifth year as Queen Director. She is also the 2018 Open Goat Tying Reserve Champion for the Ozark Rodeo Association. Shannon is no stranger from pageants herself as she competed within the Miss America Organization and she competed at Miss Missouri as Miss Texas County 2016. Shannon is excited to serve another term as Director and to continue to grow the Miss ORA Pageant and help girls grow within the pageant.
Contestant Coordinator

Paige (Moore) Williams is the 24 year old resident of Bowling Green, Mo. She is currently running two of her own businesses; Broken P Arena and Williams Products and Services. She also gives lessons and trains horses on the side of working for her grandparents' business. Paige is currently studying towards obtaining a degree in business. She has been involved in rodeo her entire life and currently competes in barrel racing. In 2016 she was named Miss ORA and enjoyed every second of fulfilling the duties of rodeo royalty. She later went on to win Miss Family Championship Rodeo 2016 and now she stays involved with the royalty team by assisting Shannon in making decisions, planning events, and helping the team with whatever they need.
Secretary

Victoria Wilson (Tori) is the 21 year old resident of Columbia, Mo where she recently graduated from the University of Missouri with her Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science. The fall of 2019 she will be attending Iowa State University to receive her Master's Degree in Swine Nutrition. She has been riding horses for over 12 years, loves to barrel race, and of course compete in rodeo queen pageants. Tori is a two time contestant for the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association where she has taken home 1st Runner Up and the Horsemanship awards. With her move to Iowa coming up soon, Tori decided to step back from competing in the Miss ORA Pageant and is excited to serve on the Board of Directors to help the pageant continue to grow. She is thankful for her time competing with us as we helped spark her love for being a rodeo queen and wanting to be the face of the rodeo industry.
